It’s soft but not too squishy, and it offers just the right amount of support. My back pain has eased up, and I’ve been sleeping so much better. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s so soft, my mom was there when I put it on my bed, and was immediately trying to take it for herself, I didn’t realize how much I needed a mattress topper before this one. It’s a bit grippy on the bottom, I guess to help keep it in place, that’s what I’ve assumed anyways, and I really appreciate that, since I did have a concern of it sliding off, since I turn over all night like a gas station hot dog, just constantly rotating haha I think if you’re looking for a topper, this one could be the one for you

I like the thickness, the grip and that it is sturdy. This was bought for a twin. It has given the twin more height and it is very comfortable. It cushions the sleeper well and it is not too hot.

What a wonderful mattress topper. It arrived quickly and was ready for use in about 12 hours. All the wrinkles and slight foam aroma disappeared. It’s extremely comfortable and really improves my sleep quality.

When I opened the package it reeked of chemicals and glue. I let it sit in my living room for 24 hours to off gas then put it on my bed the next night. Woke up in the morning feeling like I had been huffing glue all night. I'm letting it air out a bit more and threw the cover in the wash. But this topper might not be usable.

As we stated in the Care Instruction sheet given to you in the packaging of this product, Off-gassing is a normal occurrence with memory foam products, as they are compressed and sealed for shipping. While the initial scent is non-toxic and dissipates over time, we understand that it can be bothersome. Typically, we recommend letting the topper air out in a well-ventilated space for at least 48 hours, and in some cases, up to 72 hours, to allow the scent to fully dissipate. Washing the cover, as you’ve done, is also a great step to help speed up the process. If after additional airing out the topper still isn’t meeting your expectations, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at support@ellajayne.com, and we’d be happy to assist you further.

Since using this very comfortable mattress pad I’ve slept so much better. It’s looks good and is so soft. I’ve needed a new mattress for a while and with this mattress pad it’s just like a brand new bed, it’s so soft it feels like sleeping on a cloud.

My current mattress sits an inch or so below my headboard which created a gap. My pillows were falling through and it was wreaking havoc. I bought this to full the gap and it's worked so far! It's so nice having my pillows stay on the bed without having to buy a new mattress. It's also very comfortable overall.
