You can store anything in them from soup, salads, rice and chicken. I love the fun colors. Microwave safe without the lid, freezer safe, dishwasher safe on the top shelf, easy to store. Great knowing it’s BPA Free!! They hold 4.5cups, that’s a lot of food once you start meal prepping. I like the face they are smaller but deeper than the normal Rubbermaid containers. You can use them for everyday storage or for week long meal preps.

They're microwave safe and top rack dishwasher safe. They are a bit too large for lunch portions, but good size for prepping dinner sizes. So far I have no issues with food stains or warps from microwaving. They seem durable and will last along time.

They also are very easy to use, they snap close easily. They are the perfect size and I love that they are different colors so I can distinguish between different food items. Another plus for me is that the lids easily snap on and off, yet absolutely airtight and leaf-proof keeping my food fresh longer, love the fact that they're odor and stain resistant microwave and dishwasher safe and I can even keep my weekly perfectly portioned meals in the freezer for utmost convenience. They're also aesthetically pleasing, since they come in really pretty colors that I can mix & match and color code for a more personal experience so I'm definitely getting 2 more sets for the entire family. I've tried many similar products in the past but these are by far the best quality, they're sturdy and made to last. Highly recommended!

I typically go for a glass storage set but when it comes to taking food on the go I never want to take the glass dishes outside of the house. The size is perfect for portion control as well as storing smaller portions of leftovers. I have stored spaghetti and it wipes away easily with no stains so I would consider that a major bonus!

They also have a rubber band glued to the lid which is very convenient so that it doesn't fly off all the time! Definitely my recommendations
