It's hard for me to get through mixed drinks, so the packets took me a while to finish. But, these are nice and simple! Just throw it back, chase it with water, and you're good to go! These are pretty tart, but nothing I can't handle. 10/10!!

I'm big on vitamins and while I haven't exactly researched the absorption and effectiveness of these crystals, I still think that it's an excellent idea. But definitely something I need to look more into to see if it's worth it. I know gummy vitamins have very low/poor absorption rates but this is a little different. Sometimes things like this can be totally useless and it seems to taste too good to be true. This is literally like eating candy. I was scared to dump a whole pack in my mouth at first because sometimes these powders can choke me up and take my breath away but this did not. It immediately began to dissolve and was very quick and easy. Very tasty. Absolutely no hint of vitamin scent or flavor at all. Definitely worth trying and good to have in the winter months.

They are more like a slightly fizzy pixie stick than pop rocks but they taste pretty good. They do have added sugar and the serving size of 2 has 6g. I’ve been taking one a day trying to boost my immune system for cold and flu season! All in all recommend these especially for on the go!

I got a burst of energy, and I'm not sure that's what it is supposed to give. Not bad, I even shared with people in my office.
