As noted in the other review, they should take down the photo of the chair with arms - that is not this chair. This chair does not have arms. That said, assembly was easy, and it seems solid, stable, and comfortable. Great lumbar support - though it does not support the upper back. This feels like great quality for the price, though time will tell.

Nice chair, but does not include arms, like in the first picture. Purchased based on first picture...disappointed when it arrived and putting together....and no arms.

This chair was easy to assemble and works great in my very small space. It would not be a chair I would choose for 8 hours of sitting but that just makes me stand or walk which is better for me anyway.

I needed a simple task chair with some style to it and that is just what I got! Really could not believe the price for a chair like this! The pivot back was a great feature that I was not even aware of when buying, but it makes sitting for extended periods of time (gaming for me!) very comfy.
