Water doesn't run out very well when it rained, I ordered a cover since. Also paint started rusting after one rain and the outside of the caldron turned a chalky white. The steel is very thin sheet and not what I thought it would be, was disappointed with my purchase. I though ordering from Plow and Hearth I would be getting a more custom produce.

I'd like this fire pit ,there's nothing bad about it ,everything about it is good we use it every night we had a fire in the front yard sitting in Adirondack lawnchairs drinking beer and having fun

Since the summer evenings are very warm, we have not yet used the item for a fire. However, it is well built and is a handsome addition to our patio.

I received this fire bowl four days after ordering it! It is so sturdy and well put together, and has a beautiful aged bronze finish. You can't find fire bowls of this quality and price anywhere so I am so pleased to have found it at Plow and Hearth! Now we can't wait to load it up with wood and burn it on our patio!
