A: Hi Sue, thank you for your question. On the back of the fixture, were you find the mounting screw holes, you will see a downward arrow. Slide the back downwards to open the battery compartment. Q: I'm looking for a light to illuminate a decent sized closet. Would this work for that? Or maybe more than one would be needed to illuminate the space.

If this is a larger closet, then you would likely need two. You could start with just one, and then see if you need another after that. I bought one of these to test in a deep under the stairwell space. I loved that I could easily install it, tap to use & rotate it, to get coverage. I did go back to purchase more, for our travel & emergency kits I would prefer if it were a tad brighter, but it does what I need it to do.

I purchased this for a outdoor medium size room were we keep our alfalfa for our horses and I wanted something to quickly turn on/off not too strong nor too light. This is perfect!! Its turned on daily for about 20min each night and after 2 months I just had to change the battery on it. Im buying a second one for my kitchen, I wake up early for work and I don't want a very bright kitchen at 6am when packing my lunch so this will be perfect!

At night when I get up to get a drink and not wanting to wake the whole house I just turn this light on. It's just fits perfectly and it isn't bulky.

I attached this guy to the bottom of a shelf above my work bench and it works great! Bright light, easy to maneuver.

I however chose to position it on the wall next to my husbands side of the bed, he uses it at night when he gets up to use the bathroom, that way he's not stumbling in the dark looking for the light switch. The easy one touch on and off is very convenient. The light also flips out of wall position and angles to several positions , nice if you need to redirect . I mounted it with the 3M tape it comes with and it's very sturdy , it also comes with mounting screws for an option. I wish it required less than 6 AA batteries but at least it's bight .

It also has the versatility to be pulled out from the base and swivel if needed. We lost our light above the stove while we are in the middle of kitchen renovations but still needed a light to see the stove. This was a perfect solution and we already know where it will be placed next once the renovations are complete. I highly recommend this LED night light to brighten up dark spaces in your home!

I love that the light is white which for me personally seems to let out lots of light compared to yellow lights. My main very disappointed thing is that it requires LOTS of AA batteries. I think about 6-8 if I recall. So I hope it lasts a few months with constant use before I have to replace the batteries. Otherwise it's such a great night light for my little one and I can even attach it to a wall as long as I have a nail to hold it up.
