A: Our Baking Chocolate is produced in a dedicated peanut- and tree-nut-free facility, and certified gluten-free facility (as certified by the GFCO). Additionally, there is no wheat, egg, fish, shellfish, crustaceans, sesame, sulfites, lupin, or mustard present. This facility also processes dairy and soy; however, our product is produced on a dedicated dairy- and soy-free line. Ingredients have been additionally tested to ensure strict allergen control standards are met.
