I have a pretty sensitive stomach and often deal with bloating and discomfort, especially after heavier meals or eating out. Since starting this supplement, I’ve noticed way less bloating and way more regular digestion overall. What I like most is that it’s not too harsh, which is great as I have an extremely sensitive stomach and often find myself feeling sick after eating. These capsules are easy to swallow, and there’s no weird aftertaste or side effects. I’m planning on keeping this as part of my daily routine. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for digestive support!

I will continue and see if I notice an improvement over more time. The tablet is easy to swallow and tasteless.

The capsule size might be too big for some people but I have no problem swallowing them. The packaging is convenient with a flip top lid for easy dispensing. I like the ingredients and feel that this is a pretty good supplement overall. There’s no scent or flavor which is perfect for me.

And it doesn’t contain any of the common allergens like fish, eggs, gluten and nuts. So I’m definitely on the safer side for anybody that has those digestive issues that has those allergies.

Despite the hype, I didn’t notice much improvement in my bloating or digestion. If anything, it sometimes left me feeling more uncomfortable or gassy at night, which defeated the whole purpose. For the price, I expected better results, but it just didn’t live up to the claims for me. Might work for some, but personally, it felt worst for me.

I was surprised by how good I felt after taking this product for a couple of days. I was less sluggish and stopped feeling the afternoon crash.

Servong size is only 1 capsule and the bottle comes with 45 capsules. I only take them with larger meals or meals that are not quite so healthy. They are very helpful if you know what I mean so I wouldn't try taking more than one per day to start with. The capsules are also vegetarian.

I think these would come in handy if you tend to have a lot of digestion issues. For me it’s something I would definitely take once in a while but not everyday. Definitely worth a try!
I still got gassy with trying to digest veggies.
