These are terrible straight out of the bag, the texture and size are both off. HOWEVER, the key is pouring the entire bag into the blender and chopping it up.
Too sweet. I would rather the plain crackling’s.

If you see these going out of stock on the website, I might be one of the reasons. I eat them almost daily. The hickory and bacon flavor is good, but even more importantly to me, they don’t have carbs and they are one of the few types of pork that I seem to be able to digest properly. Even though they are not organic, I can digest them better than many organic foods. I’m guessing that means that the animals are raised well. I have a very restrictive diet, and I rely on these (even crave them)!

What to say? They are bacon bits. BUT...they are all natural with no added sugar, and they come in lovely, juicy chunks instead of dried up little bits. And they taste great. I will definitely be getting more next time I order.

I like these because they arent dried out or hard to chew like most jerky. They are more moist and soft & the flavor of the pork is unique. Only thing that could be better is if they made it taste like straight bacon, but now im just daydreaming. Lol
