I was sent used ink cartridges

I had this ink delivered with other items. I was sent used ink cartridges. You can see in my photos. The blue ink is dripping in the packaging. There is also pink ink in the same package. All of them have been punctured. The blue cartridge has the yellow tape on it, but it’s been tampered with as if it was removed and replaced. The box has tape on the opening of it and the box was very flimsy.

I purchased this in April, and I just got to open the second box. Someone glued shut a box and put their used cartridges into the box and I paid full price for empty cartridges. I’m super mad! What a waste of money! The return window is closed and now there is nothing I can do.
