I have bought two screens and let me tell you, it has been a bad experience. The screws keep coming lose and the screen will not roll up correctly and ends up being pinched and ripped by it own hardware. The two screens have the same problem. As if it doesn't align correctly and when it closes it pinches the edges and the screen tears. I would not recommend it if you will be using it a lot.

I bought the screen for my husband. He was all excited when I gave it to him,but more importantly he was so excited when he had to do a video presentation using his new screen and how great the presentation went because the screen was large enough and the video was clear enough for 32+ people who were watching it. Great quality screen.

I bought this for my daughter and her roommates and combined it with an Epson projector, what a great combination. The screen is very adjustable and makes the picture so clear. If you need a screen this is the one, very ajustable.

Let me start with the positive. I have gotten a lot a great outdoor movie nights with this, and, since the price point is low, I don't have to worry to much about it. So, I got what I bought and it's work perfectly for that. So....that being said, when I unboxed it I heard a couple of metal parts hit the floor. I never found them. Turns out, those were the screws that hold the screen to the extension brackets. You'd think those would be set pretty well before the product was shipped. So now it doesn't really open or close or store properly. Since those screws and mounts are proprietary, I can't replace them as far as I can see. So, after a few weeks, I'm stuck with a useful, functional (but broken) screen. Hasn't stopped me from enjoying it, but be aware....
As per others, horrible edge curling

I bought this less than 6 hours ago and I really regret that I did. The mechanism and presentation look good but then you open it out and find that the top and bottom of the screen curl back like others have said making the usable area shrink drastically. Its not a well designed product.
Poorly CONSTRUCTED

I've used this screen about a dozen times, but have discovered that the screen material is simply glued to one side and NOT fastened with hardware. The screen FAILED during a presentation
Increase height with PVC pipe

I solved the height issue by using 2-inch diameter, 36-inch long PVC pipe slipped over each leg before mounting the screen.

We love this screen but needs more options to raise screen height. Also all screw, bolt, stud..too loose, have to use spring washer. our 2 stud nuts (3/4), bolts are missing now please replace it.

I bought two pieces of structural aluminum tube from Online Metals to raise the height of the screen. (Structural aluminum tube, not pipe. It's not cheap, but worth it.) Bottom edge of my screen is now about 59" off the floor. Each aluminum tube is 24" long, and one fits snugly inside the other. One has an outside dimension of 1.375" (same as the center post) and the other has an inside dimension of 1.402" The larger tube fits snugly over the center post and the smaller tube, extending the height by 24" It fits well, so the screen does not teeter or become appreciably less stable. (Remove the black plastic plug from the top of the center post for everything to work.) I also bought from B&H photo the Hakuba PSTC 400 Pro Series Light Stand or Tripod Case - for Light Stands or a Tripod up to 46" Long (Black). It doesn't fit perfectly but allows me to check the screen safely on airplanes. Also, the lines on the screen will largely disappear if you store the screen with the center line facing up or leave it open awhile before you use it. I haven't figured out how to lessen the sag at the top yet but it doesn't bother me much.
Great idea - could be much better

Love how portable this screen is - however: - As others have said needs more options to raise screen height for larger rooms - Needs some better way to prevent sagging/curling when screen is open - Please add 3rd option for 21:9 where the screen opens even wider. (Yes, would put further premium on preventing sagging). An updated design supporting 4:3, 16:9, 21:9 all with same vertical screen - size just wider screen width would be an amazing screen!

I just got this for doing PPT presentations on the road. It was really easy to set up and break down. I too want a bag to put it in to protect the outer plastic case and to keep dust out (I do many presentations outside). I had a hard time finding an aftermarket case with the correct dimensions. Based on another reviewer's remark about using a light stand case, I found that the Hakuba PSTC 400 Pro Series Light Stand or Tripod Case has relatively close dimensions (46" long, 10" high and 8" wide) and is durable and padded.

I DO think that they should make an extension to make this screen capable of being higher.. I do meetings all over and some times there are packed rooms, and the people in the back can't see.. Please make an extension! Other than that... THIS SCREEN IS AWESOME!!!

I recently purchased an Epson 5210 projector as well as the duet portable projector screen. They are both great products. However, the screen has 2 vertical lines in the center. The top rolls as well, but my main concern is with the 2 vertical lines in the center. can anyone tell me how to fix this?

I teach all over and found that this is the best screen to have. Folds to an easy size to cary in you car. Light weight, Bright display. The price is great and it makes my job easy. If you need to take a screen with because all the place has is a messy old wall you will love this. Does not matter if you are just starting out or not the ease of use is GREAT.

The screen rolls up ingeniously into a cylinder about 42" on to which folding legs are stored. The whole assembly is about 42" x 9" x 7" and has a handle, so it is easy to transport. When it is deployed, the legs fasten to the end of the cylinder and the screen unrolls to standard screen and then to wide screen, which is about 42" x 80". The quality of the screen is excellent. For the price this screen is a great value.
Good screen--would be better if it could go higher

This is a real handy screen. I put on photography workshops and the screen fits perfectly in one of my light stand bags for airline travel. Screen sets up and tears down quickly and easily. The only problem I have with it is that it doesn't go very high. You are really limited as to how high you can put it. I have had people standing in the back because it was too low for them to see. They should make an extension pole that you could place on top of the stand to connect to the screen. SHould be easy to do.

I HAVE NOT HAD THIS SCREEN VERY LONG BUT WHEN I PULL IT OUT TO THE 16:09 PICTURE THE TOP OF THE SCREEN FALLS BACKWARDS AND THE PICTURE IS DISTORTED AND YOU ARE MISSING THE TOP MIDDLE PART OF THE MOVIE OR WHAT EVER YOU ARE PUTTING ON IT. I HOPE EPSON LOOKS AT MY REVIEW AND COME UP WITH A FIX FOR THIS PROBLEM. IF YOU DO PLEASE E-MAIL ME THANKS BIGGLESWORTH
