I was impressed by how sturdy and easy this was to put together, and it looks great. However, after only a few uses, the up/down buttons started to fail. Every other time I go to raise it to standing, it raises about half way, and then it shuts down and refuses to go any higher. Then only the down button works. I've found that if I hold the down button for a few seconds it seems to "reset" and then I can raise it again. I almost returned the desk, but it's an enormous pain in the @$$ to do so. I'm hoping that it will continue to half-way work for a while longer...
