My baby is very comfortable in this carrier. I would give it 5 stars but the fabric is very rough and he ends up with red chin after rubbing on it.

The 360 Baby Carrier saved my life. Living in a city like New York with little to no access to an elevator, the only I get around is with the carrier. I go for very long walks with my dog and the baby in the carrier. Due to the back support I never feel uncomfortable or had any other issues. Best carrier ever!

The carrier is comfy and our baby loves to look out. Dad takes him for walks and Mom wears him in the garden!

My old carrier didn’t offer the lower back support I needed to carry around a bigger baby, so I was on the hunt for a new one. I heard great things about the ergo 360 carriers and decided to try it out. Unfortunately, it didn’t work for me. I’m petite, about 4’ 11” and this was just too clunky. The only good thing it did for me was offer the lower back support I needed. The shoulder straps were too wide, it barely fit my over shoulder. There were too many straps and buckles that it made it confusing to use, and for some reason, in the hip position, I’m not able to remove it on my own with baby in it. It could be that bc of small frame, I had to tighten it so far that the buckle would sit in a weird spot on my side that I couldn’t quite reach. It was hard to unbuckle at this awkward angle -but I also have weak wrists and fingers from an injury. Overall, it didn’t work me. I think it was just too big for petite women.

Shoulder straps have too much padding and keep slipping, despite being as tightened down as possible.

We love to put our 10 week old in the carrier for walks around the neighborhood. Neck flap on back keeps her snug. We are looking forward to both the rear snd front facing options as our little one grows

Absolutely LOVE my Ergobaby 360! My baby weighs about 19 lbs and I carry her in all the positions very comfortably. The weight is distributed very well and she seems very comfy in her little seat. I like how supported her head is for naps even at this size. I told my husband this carrier is worth its weight in gold.

U can’t take the baby out without unhooking it from the back which is difficult in itself but impossible if u put a jacket on overtop of the carrier

Very comfortable! We love that it adjusts in so many ways so that multiple people can wear our son comfortably! My husband can use it, the sitter can use it, and I can use it!

Comfortable and supportive and love the design! My husband said he would wear it too; so the design isn’t too girly. I can’t find the design any longer on the site but I have the indigo color but with stars on it as well. Have used Ergobaby over the last 7 years for 2 of my children. I wish they would have been around for my first child. I also love the new pre-loved ergo baby’s program! I was able to turn my old one in that was in great shape and get a new one. What a great concept for the being green and for someone who maybe can’t afford a new one for whatever reason. Thank you Ergobaby for such a great product!

Overall I loved this item. It did fade quickly. I had black. It’s 3 years old now and looks very very worn. Baby insert was ok but I Kemerovo felt confident having small baby’s in there. I also found the clip at the back of the neck was hard to do up and exacerbated some wrist issues I had. Once I got a system in place it was very practical.

I had an Infantino carrier (it was gifted) and I had a hard time carrying my daughter once she started getting bigger. My shoulders and my back hurt. This one has none of those problems. I even have been walking around the house wearing my baby not realising she's there!

Worth the money

We were given a carrier that was too narrow and caused my baby's legs to hang straight down which was bad for his hips and he hated it. He would cry and fuss and was obviously not comfortable so I was skeptical about spending money on another carrier. We bought the 360 all positions carrier in stardust and my baby just loves it. We only tried the outward facing front carry so far and even if we don't use it any other way it's been worth it. My baby frequently tries to sleep in it so I know it's comfortable. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because I need help getting the carrier on and off. It's very easy to use, but when adjusted comfortably I can't reach the buckle behind my back. I do like the material and how comfy it fits me. For reference my baby is almost four months and about 16 pounds

I like the Ergo 360 carrier so much better than the baby Bjorn because it has excellent lumbar support and adjusting the size is a snap. My mother-in-law, husband, and I all switch out the carrier between each other often and with ease. My baby loves being in it and strapped to my front, getting to see everything as I move around. Due to the angle of her hips, the doctor recommended “Hip Dysplasia Institute approved” products for my daughter. This carrier is a slam dunk and I highly recommend it.
