I had a reset issue that Escort customer Service quickly walked me through.
2 months and it's already more than paid for itself!
Alerts are relevant, direction alert arrows are very helpful, too.

Replacing an older model this is much better telling you from what way the signal is being detected. Although on the new app, your speed doesn’t turn red when you go above the post speed.

Detector has lots of buttons and they are all on top. dont plan on using any of them. I put a silicone nub on the silence button so I could find it by feel

I did register and ran the software update before using. I took a 250 mile trip today and probably got 25 alerts, all but 2 were false positives. If this continues I’m returning it.

First of all I love Escort detectors. They have saved me countless times over the past 16 years. They have been so good that i have purchased 6 of them in this time frame. That being said, I gave it a average rating solely because of the screen. I have noticed over the last few i have purchased the screens get dimmer and dimmer. I had the Passport Max 360 for about 4 years and stopped using it because I couldn't see the screen any more. I purchased the Passport Max 360c MK II Aug for $692 because of the "O-LED" display. I still have a dimming issue. I travel a lot for work and I need to be able to see the screen. I see nothing during the day nor at night if I leave it on auto brightness. I know they only warranty their products for a year but if you are spending almost $700 on something, you hope it would last a little more than a year before starting to have problems.

After trying a Valentine 1 Gen 2 detector I am selling it and went back to Escort. The Valentine had no learning capabilities, so it went off at all the usual places. Escort learns where these spots are and it will stop sounding off at those locations. Every time I passed one of those signs that tell you how fast your going the Valentine would sound off. The Valentine never learned to not sound off when I went past the sign. I have been using escort radar detectors for the last 50 years. All three of my cars have one permanently installed now.

It works great, but blue LED is terrible. Most of the time if it's sunny makes it impossible to see. Should've gotten a Red line, since red LED's are much better and easier to see

This item is extremely pricey and escorts continuation to jack up prices for loyal customers for over 30 years is not what I would consider good customer service. Also, you have not yet upgraded the power sources to today’s vehicles i.e. USCUSB power ports since no automobiles in the last few years have cigarette lighters. I’ve purchased three 360s in the last week totaling over $1700 with that price should’ve been in half. Please consider a loyalty discount for my purchases.

I love my Escort 360 . It goes with me in every vehicle I get behind the wheel in. Some cases it's worth more than the car it's in. I'm casing a couple places to roll so I can eventually buy them Lazer shifters. (I'm joking of course) Just turned 40 and I'm 100% disabled so my toy buying days are pretty much over especially since it would take a whole monthly SSID check for me to buy the shifters. -sigh. I will just have to live the dream by reading through these reviews. I love the products!! I do take donations or sponsorships of products in exchange for free advertising. Thanks 😀
