Q: Does it smudge on people who wear around eye moisturizer? Thanks.
A: I've not had that issue and I'm wearing moisturizer plus sunscreen under my eyes. I don't think you'll have any issues with this. I would suggest keeping a lash comb near by as it can go on clumpy a bit. Overall, really good for a budget mascara!

A: Hi there! This is a great mascara for length and volume but does not specifically have a long wear claim. I would suggest the waterproof version of this as it does not budge!

Q: my mascara came completely unsealed - no plastic wrapper. I have never seen mascaras to be sold this way- this seems entirely unhygenic. Is this hwo it was meant to be sold?

Q: What is the best eye makeup remover to use with this (lotion, cream, etc.)? I have sensitive eyes and find this is still on after using my eye makeup remover. Thanks!
A: Hi GTO Mama! We would recommend trying a micellar water. Apply it first to a cotton pad or round, and then use to remove the mascara. They are typically very gentle and work well. hope this helps!

Q: is this waterproof?
A: this one is not waterproof but we do have a waterproof version. the waterproof version has blue accents on the packaging instead of the green accents on this one and should say waterproof at the end of the product title. hope that helps!
