Essentia’s proprietary three-step ionization process produces Overachieving H2O that’s 99.9% pure with a pH of 9.5 or higher and a clean, smooth taste. Step 1: Unwanted particles are removed through microfiltration and reverse osmosis, making Essentia 99.9% pure. Trying to come up with more money for these. But availability is scarce in my area have to look all over for these. Great fresh water taste and love the electrolytes. I was raised on artisan well water. I know what fresh is.
