A: Hi Zac, our Eucerin Advanced Repair Body Lotion can be used on the face as well as the hands and body. If applied to the face, take care to avoid using the product directly around the eyes.

Q: The ingredient list on this site under "label info" says this contaons sunscreen active ingredients. Is this a mistake? I do not see an SPF on the photo of the bottle.

Eucerin lotion for dry skin did wonders to my skin. I've been suffering from very dry skin for the past 14 years especially during cold/ winter season, and I've tried all kinds of lotions. I've spent so much trying to find a good lotion, and I'm so thankful to have come across Eucerin. It's a miracle on my skin. No more cracks and itching on my skin. My two kids love it too and they no longer have dry skin. I will never stop using Eucerin. ❤️ it.

I was trying to find a new handcream and decided to try the Eucerin Advanced Repair. My hands and cuticles were so cracked and dry from the cold Winter. After a few uses throughout the day, I noticed a huge difference in a couple of days. Cuticles were much softer and not cracked and bleeding. Hands look so much better almost 15-20 yrs younger. Mine is unscented. Not sure of the scent people are complaining about, but mine has no scent. I like it, and will definitely purchase again.

I purchased the Advanced Repair PM scented night lotion 12.5 FL. OZ. 2 awful awful awful things about it that make me not be able to use it ever again. 1. It somehow leaves a redirect on my skin that latches to my clothing. It feels so horrible and does not disappear over night nor the next day. I have never had this experience with any other cream before and find it disturbing. What ingredient is causing this and surely it can’t be good for our skin. 2. The smell. I find it off putting and unpleasant. It has a tinge of chemical mixed with a soft smell. Once it goes into my skin, I dislike it even more. Based on the above - keep away from this particular cream. I can’t even comment on the hydrating quality of it because im so impacted by the feel and smell. Im not normally a sensitive person to products and I can appreciate that I may sound dramatic with this review but im T.O’d that this has oddly passed Q.C. Hoping the brand respond. My cream should be returned and tested for why

I’ve used this product in the past with no problems. I just received this bottle yesterday from my online shipment and broke out with an allergic reaction from it. My legs and chest were covered in red itchy, bumps almost like eczema not sure what changed, but will not be using the rest of this bottle.

I was struggling with dry skin on my legs. My doctor recommended this product and I love it. It is thicker but goes on well and is not sticky. It keeps me moisturized throughout the day when no other lotion could. It is pricey though.

Eucerin, please disclose what changed with the product or if there was a problem instead of replying to everyone saying you need to understand further. Every review since 10/1/24 has been about the smell. None of the reviews before then mention a smell (because your product didn't have a gross smell before). I've considered your product unscented for the last 10 years I've used it but now it has a strong unpleasant smell. Is this a new formula that's safe to use or is there something wrong with my bottle?

Have been using for years. Always had no fragrance. The last 2 bottles (bought at different times) have smelled absolutely horrible. I don’t want to switch to a different lotion but I might have to based on the smell. Has something changed?

I've used Eucerin body lotion for years and have loved it. I bought the Advanced Repair lotion and it leaves a very sticky film on my skin. My clothes don't even slide on my skin the next day. So I bought the Light Formula which is the one I usually use. It is also sticky now. There has to be some change in the formula. It's such a shame and now I've wasted money on 2 big bottles of lotion.

I never leave reviews but felt compelled to here. I genuinely thought the Eucerin Advanced Repair Lotion I recently bought was tampered with urine or something else that smells horrendous. I’m not even sensitive to smells but this bad scent takes the biscuit! I can’t remember which store I purchased it from so unable to return it but I’m not here for that. My mind is simply blown that this passed testing - regardless if it does the job of intensively moisturizing or not. It’s simply foul smelling.

I’ve never had a bad reaction from any product until I tried this. I had itchy red bumps all over my legs. Once I stopped using it they went away. No idea what’s in this but it needs to be taken of the shelves. So many other reviewers are saying the same thing.

This lotion needs to be off shelf. My doctor told me to buy this for my neck and skin. My face swoll, eyes almost closed, rash everywhere on my neck and face! I had to go to urgent care and get a shot to get relief! By all means do not buy for babies! False advertisement!Buyers beware!

As I’m almost approaching 30, I feel my skin seems to get dryer. Also having eczema, this is the only lotion that has been helping me for the past couple years. I had to make a switch from Vaseline advanced to this and my skin thanks me for it. Works well in the winter too

I am not allergic to anything and I never have been, but for some reason when I applied this cream to my neck, it caused an allergic reaction. I've had a rash for a few days now and it doesn't seem to go away. I only applied this cream to my neck and that's where the rash is now. It was bright red, and now it's dark red with a hardening of the skin.
