Have tried several creams for my toddler’s eczema patch for 2+ months with no consistent improvements until I tried this cream. Within 18 hours, the patch was significantly less red & flakely and is only getting better. Additionally, this works for my husbands eczema as well. Took away the star because I wish it had a little more cleaner ingredients but overall extremely grateful this is working for my family.

I had really dry, red, cracking hands from the cold weather this winter along with the constant handwashing that comes with working in healthcare. My 4 month old had a bad flare up of eczema on his neck, chest, armpits and arm creases. My doctor prescribed a steroid cream that I was nervous to start, so opted to try this lotion first. It took a several days to see improvement, but after applying 1-2 times a day it has almost fully cleared up! I will definitely be purchasing more.

Pricy but worth it. Cleared up my baby’s drool rash in less than a week. It also helped with dry spots on the back of their legs and knees. I had been using other fragrance free lotions with no change. This was the one that actually worked. I use vaseline to lock it in.

Like the title says, since infancy this has been the only lotion to help with my child’s eczema patches. For a while I didn’t think we needed to get this anymore, but recently I noticed some dark patches on the front of their ankles. We tried this on them and within a couple of daily applications the spots started to lighten and soften.

My 2 month old was suffering from severe eczema on his face and back and I was desperate to find something that would relieve the pain, redness and inflammation. After several trial and error with other brands, this is the ONLY lotion that was gentle enough to calm the flare up, relieve the redness and provide comfort. I gave him a bath using the Eucerin cream and body wash then lathered him in the Eucerin Eczema Body Cream and wow what a difference this made. I've been using this for months now since my little one had baby eczema and it flared up as he started teething and drooling a lot. He started to have a small rash on his face, then it began to develop else where (elbows, back, ankles etc..). His ped said to keep his skin mosturized. After using various baby fragrant free lotions, this one worked the best. CeraVe also worked well but I liked that this was a thicker creme and found it lasted longer. Baby eczema has significantly improved within weeks. In combination, I am also careful to make sure we use fragrant free laundry detergent and an extra rinse cycle to make sure there's no soap residue on his clothes.
