Evans MX Frost Tenor Head

Evans tenor heads are designed with an advanced hoop concept that prevents collar pull-out even under the most severe tuning conditions. With Evans' patented roll-over feature, the outer wall of the tenor hoop is bent inward to trap the film and epoxy in the hoop channel. This roll-over hooks downward, locking in the glue and preventing the outer wall from prying open. The MX Frost tenor heads are made using 2 clear 7-mil plies with a durable translucent coating that provides a pure tone that is articulate yet warm and resonant and blends well with the overall ensemble.
