Doors don’t hang right even after adjustment, looks and feels cheap for the price

I assembled this almost 4 weeks ago and after leaving in my house overnight - the ENTIRE house smelled like extremely pungent chemicals. I immediately put the cabinet in my garage with three fans fixed on it, four open baking soda boxes, and a huge IQ Air purifier on maximum speed right by it. Well, here I am four weeks later and it STILL smells as bad as day one. With a pregnant wife, the reproductive and cancer risks of this death trap should be avoided by all. I now have to figure out a way to return a fully assembled cabinet. Of course it has the generic cancer risk language for CA residents on the page but it does not tell you that this actively and continuously emanates cancerous fumes. They need to change "can expose" to "will expose int he product warning page. Until they adequately warn consumers - AVOID ALL TARGET FURNITURE!

The cabinet looks nice, and we like the style. The assembly was not terrible, but a second person is useful for parts. Our main complaint is that we can't put it in our living room yet because it smells absolutely terrible. Even in the box there was a strong chemical smell. Once we installed it, our entire house smelled; after a few hours we had to put it in the garage. It's been a week now and the smell is less but still noticeable. Hopefully we'll be able to put in the house soon enough (and just cross our fingers that the smell is not indicative of anything toxic).
