[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the "Everlast Adjustable Wooden Swiveling Speed Bag Platform with Full Rubber Edge" for my grandson's for exercising and amusement when here. We found it easy to assemble and mount to a block wall (masonry anchors included). The "Everlast Adjustable Wooden Swiveling Speed Bag Platform with Full Rubber Edge" is adjustable for height of the boys, and distance from wall. I like it because it helps in eye-hand coordination, balance, focusing speed and agility. My recommendations is have knowledge of or training and to use a speed ball from Everlast.

Our full size punching bag has become too much for me so being able to keep my upper arm strength stable by adding a swiveling speed bag to my health routine is vital to my health. It really helps with speed, but the thing I think it does the most is helping with hand/eye coordination! This is something that really builds cardio also! One of the most important things for an athlete. Would highly recommend this product! Product is also very well made to last!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very good bag platform for a home gym!! My husband and son were able to put this up - definitely not a one person job! You need one person to hold it while you are mounting it. Unfortunately, the mounting wood included is too thin, so they needed to buy new, thicker wood. Be aware that they do not include mounting hardware, which is Ok since there are different configurations, depending on your need, but just need to be aware of this. Of course, you will need tools to assemble and install - just to be mindfull of this too. They are very pleased with the finished installation and product - seems very sturdy.
