The redesigned box rips the tissue in half when you pull it out. Doesn't have a proper z-fold and they are perforated together. Sometimes the perforations are not cut deep enough and when you pull one Kleenex out it just keeps coming like a clown handkerchief

This is happening with a lot of tissue brands - but we weren’t able to use these at all because they had a really strong odor. I don’t know if they are putting something in the tissue that smells but I think it’s likely they are just stored near the really fragrant laundry detergents or something. The tissues are fine but they smelled strongly.

Every time I order something boxed, it's always damaged or crushed when I purchase online.

The recent change in box and tissue quality cannot go unnoticed if this was your go-to tissue. Thumbs down.

Good enough, especially for a cheaper price than the other brand of tissues. I appreciate the box designs for our various rooms.

Tissues are soft. Box design is nice.

The quality of these tissues has been downgraded greatly since I last purchased them. They are much thinner and rougher now, in addition to having a wider opening in the box.

I opened my 4-pack of up&up facial tissue a few weeks ago and I am very disappointed. The quality of the tissue is very different - it's thinner and weak. The tissue tears easily after wiping or blowing your nose. That is bad and even worse durig the winter season. Apparently Target has contracted with a differnt supplier. I'm going back to purchasing name brand tissue in order to get a quality product again. (I'm sure that Kleenex was the former supplier.)

Quality decrease after box change. Tissues need much better perforation so they don’t all come out at once.

Simple order. It was two packs of six tissue boxes, which for some reason split into two shipments. 1st pkg arrived literally the next day. It was fine. This one arrived over a week later, and it shipped in a much bigger box w/o any packing materials. 5 of 6 tissue boxes were banged up and split open at one end. It’s a low-stakes issue….it’s not like the tissues themselves won’t work. But this is my second Target shipment in a month that had a problem. This product shouldn’t ever ship w/o dunnage. Too easy for it to get bounced around as the box is turned.

Price went down and so did the quality. Changed within the last few months. Booo

Not as soft as other higher-priced brands but they do the job (no “blowing through” when you have a cold).

The box is very weak and the tissue is not the same quality

Why did the tissue box design change? The old design had an opening the length of the box. The new design has a small opening on the middle of the box & it’s difficult to get the tissue out without shredding it. Probably will not buy again.

Boxes too soft. Came dented and even broken. Tissue quality not as before. It's rough, came apart easily when you wipe your wet hands. Debris all over the floor. Tissue came out two stacks together in every box. Plus it came out continuously without cutting up when you pull out one tissue. You need to either use both hands which couldn't always be the case, or the whole box will drop on the floor. These qualities couldn't be compared with the previous tissue. Target products seems a lot cheaper. Perhaps Target chose a different vendor which produces cheaper products for a cheaper price. Bring back the old kind of tissues.
