Love the new EAA's from EVL. In the past i've only taken the BCAA Energy from them, but I've always never taken enough protein. EAA's are great for those that don't take enough protein and contain all of the Amino Acids. I take it right after a workout. IT helps repair my muscles, I'm hardly ever sore, and helps boost my energy up after a tough workout and helps my body recover. I also take this or the BCAA Energy usually a second time in the day if I need some more energy or start to bog down. It's a great product and is definetly needed on a daily basis if you workout every day. It tastes great, mixes well, and doesn't upset my stomach or have any side effects that I know of.

Good supplement that can be taken as a pre workout by itself or stacked with other pre workouts. It does have caffeine and a lot of other essential amino acids including beta alanine, leucine. I am not a fan of water melon flavor though. 2 scoops work for me best as I have a good caffeine tolerance. For other the recommended 1 scoop should be sufficient.
