Ordered via the app. First I received the wrong rod and then the second attempt came discolored (yellow) as you can see in picture. Otherwise, looked like it would have been a sturdy piece.

It says finial set not rod set, so it doesn’t mean their are two rods but two end caps. It is EXTREMELY well packaged and I’ve ordered many of these and never had one arrive broken. These are a nice thick quality curtain rod. I have 7 of them throughout my house and LOVE THEM!!!

Not packed well at all! Had to order 6 rods to be able to hang 5 matching rods, and one still had to have the finial glued back together. 2 rods arrived with broken finials and one rod bent during shipping. If you’re going to get these you may have to order extra sets and Frankenstein them together. Also shipping takes a while and these can only be returned via shipping back so they are a pain to get money back for broken items

I bought 3 of these curtain rods - 2 were OK the third was defective. Could not use it. Target sent a replacement which was also defective. I'm returning it as i don't want to have another defective one sent to me

First, I don't know who to blame Target or the delivery company. but I ordered two sets of curtain rods two times and one was smashed AND damaged both times. I'm guessing it happened in transit. But IDK. I had to return for that reason (damaged AND missing parts). Secondly, this is beautiful, but it has already fallen down once because I pulled my gromment top curtain panel too hard or too quick. A little flimsy. Now when I open and close the panels, I do so very slowly so it doesn't come apart. :-( Third, the center bracket that came with this is NOT sturdy enough for five grommet topped, thick room darkening panels. It is now swaying in the center, as the middle support bracket has swayed downward just a bit. I improvised by adding some filler beneath the rod (on top of the center bracket), but the bracket is simply not sturdy enough in my opinion. It shouldn't have bent from 5 panels.
