The holes on the back didn’t line up with the hole on the armrest,called the company that made the chair and they haven’t done anything yet,worst customer service. I hasn’t been resolved yet,and we can’t use the chair.

I would give this less than 1 if I could. Chair broken after a little over a years use. The arm piece that holds up the back snapped and dumped my spouse on the floor. Terrible products.

it's very comfy, but it keeps sinking. I'm 180 lbs, so I'm fairly certain that it's the chair's problem and not a weight problem. It also doesn't recline, which I think is a little short-sighted for such an expensive chair.

I was hesitant to order this chair because the reviews stated that it is hard to assemble. I purchased it anyways because reviews also stated that it is a good quality chair and very comfortable. My father was able to assemble the chair within 30 minutes with no issue.

As a person who has spent her life putting furniture together by herself, this one was a real struggle. I have never had more difficulty putting anything together before, despite using an electric drill and propping up various parts every which way. That being said, this is an incredibly solid piece of furniture. When I went looking for assembly videos online, I saw that (another website) was offering this chair at half the price of Target. However, watching the videos showed me that it is NOT the same chair; the chair I got from Target is much heavier, better made and made with better materials. I believe it is worth what I paid for it. This chair has wonderful lumbar support and is quite comfy.

I put it together all by myself! I was worried in the beginning but, slowly step by step, I progressed and made an Executive High Back Leatherplus chair. Only problem I have an extra piece that I forgot to put on the chair. It still works tho!! I purchased it because I have a back issue and this chair looked comfortable.
