Exederm Flare Control Cream is the only paraben-free hydrocortisone cream available in the US and was the first hydrocortisone product to receive the National Eczema Association's coveted Seal of Acceptance. We believe that eczema, dermatitis and sensitive skin sufferers are different. Eczema sufferers have very sensitive itchy skin and need to avoid even mild irritants whenever possible. That is why Exederm is formulated without many known irritants: no fragrance, no color or dyes, no SLS or SLES, no Propylene Glycol or Cocamidopropyl and most importantly no parabens. Suitable for adults and children over two years of age.

A: A very small amount used sparingly can really help with eczema on the eyelid. However, as per the pack instructions and as for all such products, take care not to get on the actual eye itself.

I was at my last ditch to find a product that would help me. I'm so allergic to fragrances that anything would make my armpits flare up. It's miserable!! After lots of products my dermatologist tried, only one worked (she gave me samples) but my insurance would not cover it and it would be $2000 for a tube. I found this online and gave it a try. As an OTC eczema cream, this has been a great addition for me. I have mild eczema, and whenver I have flareups, this has helped saved my skin. I've been using this since 2019 and will continue to use it! It has done a better job than other OTC creams I've used, so I highly recommend this!

Buy it!!! I have the pleasure of having dyshidrotic eczema on my fingers and this cream treats and prevents flares in a way that my prescribed steroid cream WISHES it could. I wish it was a little less expensive because I use it often due to my eczema being on my hands and washing them so often but it works so well I will keep buying it.

I had previously been using a prescription cream for my eczema flare and management — but to my horror I ran out! I was desperate for relief from a flare but figured I couldn’t “downgrade” to otc and see any difference. I read reviews here and reluctantly grabbed this off the shelf. These photos have one week difference in them! I noticed an improvement in my symptoms after one application! After a week of twice daily application my original spots are gone. TLDR; this stuff works better than the rx I had before it. Hooked and happy user!

I have rosacea and eczema and I experience extremely painful, burning, angry flares. This cream is so soothing, and it works fast! First pic is my eczema flare about 10 mins ago, second pic is my eczema flare last night. I've been using the exederm for 24 hours in rotation and I'm almost healed. I'm also thankful I can buy this with my FSA card.

Very impressed with how fast it healed my multiple rashes that I had. I was using Calmoseptine Ointment at first and I do believe that helped as well but then when I started using this lotion the healing process speed up and the lotion brought back hydration in my skin. It’s size of the lotion is on the smaller side and it’s pricey but I’d buy it again if it meant not having to deal with horrible itching

So far so good. It definitely helps to minimize the eczema bumps when you first spot them. Can't really say the same if the bumps already spread. But overall it's efficient enough to soothe the itchiness.

I have horrible facial ezema near my mouth and I have tried everything to help heal it. I would end up constantly reopening the wound even after not scratching due to the location of the eczema being in a place where the skin moved while talking and eating. I finally tried this product and within five days, the scab healed and my skin is recoving now. I do have redness but no open wound anymore. I am so happy I could cry. I have my skin back!

Literally within a few hours of applying this cream on my face, there is a noticeable difference! I had dermatitis six years ago and it came back a few weeks ago.
