Delicious. Just what I was looking for. Mild pepper jack perfection! Great for snacking and for small sandwiches. I highly recommend it and would absolutely purchase it again. Love G&G extra-thin Pepper Jack! It’s great for sammies and on crackers! I noticed complaints about the cheese sticking together because the paper in between the slices is so much smaller than the slices, but I’ve not had any issues with cheese sticking to the next slice.

The papers to separate each thin slice is a half of the cheese slice. That causes for half of the cheese to be stuck to each one below it. You cannot get a full slice Due to packaging I will not recommend this cheese.

I have mixed feelings about this cheese. It tastes good, but it’s so thin you almost can’t taste it, I wish it had more of a kick to it. It also seems to go bad SO quickly! The last 2 times I’ve gotten it it’s gotten moldy without 2-3 days of opening it, which stinks. I can’t eat cheese that quickly!
