ezpz Happy Mat Dining Plate - Blue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect for our older toddler's growing appetite. Helps keep dropped food and spills contained, and also encourages her increased independence. I've been an infant/toddler teacher for many years now. At this stage, bowls and plates intentionally thrown on the floor, or accidentally dropped/knocked off the table has always been a pretty standard occurance- one that seemed unavoidable, despite utilizing many different types of plates with anti-sliding or suction features in my classrooms over the years. But my very bold, energetic, smart and extremely determined girl hasn't managed to send this mat to the floor even once. She does start to get a corner or edge up a bit, sometimes- it's not absolute infallible magic. But it comes pretty darn close! And I LOVE how I can microwave her food on the mat, AND stick it in the dishwasher, AND serve spaghetti sauces, tomato-based stews and chilis, beets, berries, and all sorts of other highly stain-y foods- without lasting evidence of any of it! There's not a single sign of the abuse we inflict on these mats! No stubborn, lingering stains. No pock marks from microwaving. The mats come completely clean in the dishwasher every time (also quickly and easily by hand-washing, but I despise hand-washing anything!) AND, we put them on the bottom rack of the dishwasher, too! And they've been perfect fine! In a world full of kids water bottles, small cereal bowls,and Tupperware lids, it's so nice that these don't have to compete with everything else needing that premium 'top-rack-only' territory!

So thankful for products like these as a working parents - high quality that actually sticks to table

I absolutely love how easy this product is to clean! The separate sections is perfect for my picky eater.

Cons: - The mat is quite large and heavy - Storing it while not in use takes up a bit of space - When in dishwasher it needs to be at the outside edge standing up or it takes up a huge portion of the rack Pros: - The food spots are a good size for our 2 year old who is an excellent eater - It stays in place on the table well - The indigo color is really nice in person - We have had a variety of foods in it without any stains Overall, we like the product. We’ve always had ezpz items for our kid and I’m not sure I have energy to look at others. I just know this brand has worked for us and will likely continue to work in the future.

Suction is strong enough for toddler but easy enough for parent. Portion control is perfect. Sleek design and super easy clean up!

My current purchase was for a baby shower. I used these products for my granddaughter when she was learning to feed herself and drink from a glass. These are great products and parents will truly appreciate them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is probably my most used and favorite product from the ezpz line. The compartments helps my daughter visualize her food and not get too overwhelmed by what's on her plate. She usually starts with eating her preferred food (fruit) from one of the smaller compartments, but eventually makes her way to whatever else we have on there. I might get a second one because of how frequently we use this!

As a dietitian, this reminds me of a streamlined and cuter version of MyPlate, which is used to help people build a balanced meal. I like that it has the 2 different portion size reminders and provides space for just 3 foods to avoid overwhelming the baby. We are a little ways off from using this happy mat, but am sure it is going to be fun and helpful.

The quality is amazing, easy to clean, and fantastic for my little man’s ability to grab food with the height of the walls for ease of eating. Highly recommend this, and all EZPZ products!
