Keep heels from slipping out with the Fab Feet by Foot Petals Back of Heel Cushions in Khaki. Made from enlighten-u hi-performance urethane foam, which is breathable and formulated with ultra-fresh antimicrobial technology. Place this cushion at the back of heel or any uncomfortable area in your shoes for all-day comfort. Directions: place in shoe to find your fit before removing adhesive backing, remove adhesive backing, position in clean and dry area of your shoe, and press firmly in place.

how to measure

finding your shoe size takes just 3 steps.

  1. Stand with one bare foot on a piece of paper.
  2. Mark the paper at the back of your heel bone & at the end of your longest toe.
  3. Measure the distance between these two points in a straight line, & repeat the same steps for the other foot.

If one foot is longer, use the larger measurement to find your shoe size by referencing the size chart above. If your measurement is in between sizes & the shoes don’t come in half sizes, please round up to the next size.

Remember, this chart can only approximate your true shoe size. Finding a shoe that fits also depends on brand, style and individual. To find the best fit, we recommend visiting a Target store to try on different shoe sizes & styles.

Q: Do you have to use the adhesive backing in the shoe? Would it slip out if you don't apply the adhesive? Hoping my foot could hold it in place so not to ruin the back of the shoe.

    Purchased a while back and has been sitting in my closed. I purchased a pair of jelly sandals (Vince Camuto Felicya to be exact) and the strap on the left shoe was hurting so I trimmed these a bit, placed them and instant relief.     Like many reviewers, I found that you definitely need a more permanent solution to stick these to your shoe. If you use only the adhesive backing, you can count on it unsticking itself within a few minutes of walking around. I personally used a rolled up piece of duct tape which worked perfectly to stick the pad to my shoe. You could not see the tape at all and the heel pad stayed out, keeping my shoe from popping off my foot. I tried the heel pads in a different pair of shoes and found the same stickiness problem. Just know if you get these, they do work as long as you stick them on with something else.
