These were ok. It was my first time buying these and I read the reviews that quality has declined. Not knowing the difference, I'd say they aren't bad. The chocolate does chip off in the weird wrapper, so I don't believe thats supposed to happen. The wrapper looks completely wrong for the product. But, the flavor is smooth. Not really a "melt" effect. Tastes like an Andes chocolate. There is an ingredient used in chocolate, lower quality chocolate, that makes me cough after eating. A lot of European chocolates don't do this. But, sadly, this one did.
