FAO Schwarz 14" Drink and Wet Baby Doll - Blonde Hair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was the cutest babydoll ever! My kid loved this! She played with it for hours and it's now her favorite. It's made with durable clothing and the materials are soft.

Don’t buy! My daughter dropped it and the arm broke off and was irreparable. Lasted less than a month. Very disappointing and sad.

Proceed with caution- as a previous reviewer mentioned, there seem to be some quality control issues with this doll. My 5 year old daughter absolutely loves her baby doll that she received from Santa. A few hours after she opened it, she dropped it (and not like it was a far fall, she’s a short 5 year old) and the arm popped off. Needless to say, it was a sad end to Christmas morning. There was no way to fix it, so we packaged her up to send to Santa’s “Toy Hospital” at the North Pole. After receiving a new replacement doll that we ordered, the same (right) arm broke AGAIN a few days later. Cue more devastation from our daughter :( If it weren’t for the fact that our daughter loves this thing and it was a special gift from Santa, we would definitely not replace it. I’m so annoyed and disappointed!

This doll is adorable and my daughter loved it. She got it for Christmas (from santa) and it was the only thing she asked for. 4 days later the arm comes off. Without reason. Impossible to repair. Tried everything. Now my daughter is devastated.

Honestly this is my favorite baby doll. It’s really good quality, it’s gorgeous, heavier than the baby dolls target brand but lighter than the baby alive dolls. It’s just a very nice size and looks great quality. I wish they had more of these. I am not a fan of the FAO posh style but the babies themselves are one of my favorite things.

As soon as she was unpackaged, my daughter whisked her away to play. She couldn’t stop talking about how fun it was to put the diapers on (she needed help, age 3) and feeding her! The only down side was if the shoes are taken off, which we never leave shoes/clothes on our dolls in our house much to my dismay…the socks do NOT stay on!! She wanted to just have her in socks without shoes and they just slide right off and ended up lost. Overall, worth the buy and it looks like a baby Disney Tiana baby!

We are teaching her to take care of other especially babies as we are trying for our second child so teaching her to care for the baby doll is perfect. The diapers the bottle it all works for her and the doll.

I wish I had this doll when I was expecting my second child to give my first as it would be a great baby for a toddler to imitate mommy with. The doll is well made and has stood up to my toddler playing with it for a few weeks now. I love that she comes with diapers and a bottle for pretend play. Overall an excellent doll. It has wonderful accessories to begin her doll playing journey. It's height is pretty common. It will be easy to find clothing to accommodate its size, without having to worry about name brand. The packaging itself is beautiful and it makes it exciting. They're really aren't too small parts to worry about safety issues, but always take caution. That was the perfect size to either play with at home or have a friend on the go.

She has her dress, socks, shoes, a diaper cover, 2 diapers, and her bottle to play with. When you open the box she has a birth certificate to fill out with her name, where she lives now and who her "parents" are! The doll is very soft material, and the hair is so much softer than doll hair when I was a little girl! My niece is coming this weekend to visit and that is who she is for! She is going to be over the moon with her, and I have no doubt that even though she is intended for children 3 years and older, that she will last a long time with my 18 month old niece!
