A: Only the top part of the product can be removed for cleaning. The rest of the unit is fixed but can be cleaned using a damp cloth or towel. Thank you

Q: I found a gumball refill pack, they never say how many inches they are, and they’re 1/2 inch. When going through the machine they fall right out because they’re too small. Which brand can I buy to get that 5/8 inch?

A: M&Ms can be very inconsistent with their shapes and sizes. Some may be less round or have unique shapes that prevent them from smoothly traveling through the tower so we cannot definitively say they will work. thank you

A: This product consists of a fun maze where the gumballs travel down to get to the bottom. Candy with odd shapes such as Jellybeans may have issue traveling down the tower as it was designed for sphere-shaped candy such as gumballs. Thank you

My daughter asked for a candy machine & gum ball’s for Christmas. I almost got the red vending machine but got his one instead. She’s 10 and wasn’t really into it. I thought the design would have a wow factor but she said she felt like she was going to break it because the lever seems like it could snap easily, and it was hard to get the gum balls to land properly so they could go down the tubes. I think a younger child would love the design but have a hard time actually using it. In hindsight I would have purchased the red vending machine and bought candy to refill the prize balls. If you are torn too hope this helps.

Gumball is not included, so we used balls from ‘hungry hippo’ game. It works! My 4yrs old was be able to figure out everything. I want to try little bigger marbles next time.

I'm giving 5 stars because I bought this for more of a display then I did the functionality. I really think this is an awesome piece to show off. I wouldn't recommend it though for kids, that lever you have to push down I feel is so sensitive, I let me nephews try it out and they literally yanked it down so hard I thought it was going to break, kids will have the tendency to push it down as far as it will go, but to display in my kawaii art room, it's perfect

If I could give it zero stars I would. A complete waste of money. The gumballs constantly bounce out and onto the floor. The lever to pop the gum up rarely works. Terrible design. Save your money & get something else.

Huge hit with my 6 and 5 year old. They think it’s awesome to watch the gumball dropdown. Gum is a whole new concept to them so they think getting a gumball is just amazing. Cute design. Highly recommend. I could see slightly older ages being bored by it.

Super cute and love the colors. The design is god awful though. The lever doesn’t push it high enough, balls get stuck on some of the turns, we already had a piece break off and they got it yesterday. I would be so mad if I paid full price but thankfully we got it on clearance for $9. Still wouldn’t have paid that if I knew all of the negatives.

This is cute to look at, but that’s it. Smaller kids won’t be able to pull the “lever” that gets the gumball out. Bigger kids will udoubtedly break the lever. It is made of plastic and you are bending the plastic back (think of a pinball machine) to launch the gum ball every time. It bends and then it breaks.

We’ve had this gumball machine for almost a year and my 6 and 4 years olds still use it multiple times per week. There is one little button that launches the gum (I’m pretty sure it’s the part that all the reviews are complaining about) that can be a bit tricky. You have to generate the right amount of force to shoot it up: some days one of my kids gets it just right, and some days the other one does. It’s a challenge, but I don’t think it’s a flaw.

Super cute, and I was excited to give it to my kids for Christmas. They loved it…until they actually tried to play with it. Like other reviewers mentioned, the lever and spring that’s supposed to shoot the gumball upwards through the track is not strong enough to do so. And after trying a few times, the plastic lever started to bend and whiten, so it was pretty close to breaking literally within minutes. Great idea, poor execution, even poorer quality. Bummer.
