A: None of my devices sees the Karaoke on Bluetooth, and I do not see a Mode button on the Karaoke—where is this button located?

Q: How many pieces does the stand come with? Are there three parts (bottom tube, middle tube and extendable pole). I thinking I'm missing a piece because I don't see the third part of the pole a the top

Cheaply made, and you can't even connect your phone to it without an auxiliary cable, which is not included. Plus, most phones today don't have the little jack port, so it's pointless with your phone. And it needs AA batteries

Microphone breaks so easily. I have a heartbroken kiddo. This was her Christmas gift. She did love it, it's just not a well made product. It's not made to last. We've had it less than 2 months and it doesn't get everyday use so it shouldn't be broken. Even if it did, it shouldn't be broken.

Within two days of opening, the mic adapter had a scratchy sound a broke. Luckily my daughter has several cordless mics to play with the stand.

My daughter loves to sing and I really wanted to love this microphone with stand and tablet holder. It has some fun karaoke settings but the stand is very wobbly and falls out of the hole and doesn't distribute the weight well. The microphone holder doesn't hold so great either. I gave three stars because the concept is great and the karaoke settings are a ton of fun! I wouldn't recommend because it falls over and doesn't hold it's weight. Definitely not worth the money

Thankfully we had a cordless mic that fit the stand. The mic it came with was extremely cheap. After less than 2 days use the mic adapter broke off inside the bottom hole.

My daughter just opened this for Christmas and the stand does not adjust to different heights. It looks like it would but doesn’t hold up. The part that holds the mic up keeps falling off and when you plug a phone in to play music the music is super low. There’s no way to raise it without raising the mic that overpowers the music. Not well made.
