A: We recommend cleaning the surface with a non-abrasive cloth. We do not recommend using chemicals such as glass cleaner or abrasive paper products such as paper towel. It is best to clean the surface within 24 hours to avoid stains. Thank you

A: This product requires 3 "AA" batteries. The screen can be erased using a damp cloth and there are other markers that work with this product available at different retailers. Thank you

My daughter got this as a gift and while she loves playing with it, I definitely wouldn’t waste my money on this. it is so poorly made. Eraser is total garbage, and you have to scrub it pretty hard to get it clean which will then cause the surface to scratch. Overall would not recommend.

I am really disappointed in this product. I got this for my niece for Christmas and she was so excited to use it...unfortunately, not only did the light up function not work (with a new set of batteries), but the holes meant to secure the screws in place were too big and wouldnt hold the screws so I had to tape it closed. Very bummed. Overall, the product was janky and didn't deliver on what it promised. Not sure if I got a faulty product, but for both things to go wrong made me think it just isn't made well unfortunately

This light up pad is fun, but is absolute garbage after a few uses. Scratches easy and is actually so hard to wipe clean. We got it for Christmas and we’re having fun with it but it’ll be in the trash by new years.

Neat concept. MY son loves it BUT it showed up with screen nicks. Id have been more mad but its less than 24hrs opened and already has 20 scratches. It scratches easily. It’s not going to be a long term toy and I expected more from the brand.

I gave this to my grandson today for Christmas. Huge disappointment ! He can't use as the crayons / markers are missing. None left in the store. Would have to make an hour round trip drive to another store to replace. I will just return.

Knocked off a star since it's hard to clean, the marker will smear and it stays wet and doesn't dry clean. You have to use a damp microfiber cloth, anything else will scratch, and if you don't wipe off within an hour it will stay on. Never the less, this toy is awesome! It has provided endless fun for my toddler who loves to draw. So much better than wasting tons of paper, it allows her to practice and try and again. The colors are vibrant and there is 5 different glow modes. It was super affordable and I would highly recommend this as a gift for someone. We love it!

We’ve had this for years. Markers still work. Planning on buying again for my niece this time. One of the few non-screen time things kids can do in the car at night. Love ours. Both my 5 & 11y.o make use of it. They also take their orders on here when playing restaurant. So many uses w some imagination ♥️

A kickstand to make it easier to draw or write. The lighting is amazing. It has multiple functions with lightening. There’s nothing about it that I do not like. I docked stars because the plastic on the inside is ragged on the top edge, and it doesn't have an eraser. Overall, it's a nice product.

You can take it with you wherever you go. But you just have to use a microfiber cloth with it to whip the drawing off.

My kids instantly started drawing on it and had fun creating different things and seeing how it looked lighted up. My one complaint is it is very hard to clean off. The instructions state to use a very gentle cloth because it could scratch the screen. I used the softest microfiber I had and it still leaves marks. It included markers to draw with, I think it should’ve included a cloth to clean it with as well.

It has a glow in dark effect. The light also has different moods like just on, fade in/out, blinking, etc. my daughter loved using this to draw. You can either set it up with the kick stand or it can be flat.
