So much fun for my 4year old. He loves having “tools” like daddy. Bought a second set for my son’s friend as well.

I really wanted to like this vehicle construction set and excited for my son to play with it. But the drill never worked, I replaced and tested batteries multiple times and it will not work. I contacted the manufacturer and their response was that the drill is on back order and may never come back in stock and to try to return / get replacement through retailer.

Our 3 year old LOVES this. My only gripe is the top button of the drill (to screw IN) is difficult to push, even for me as an adult. So my son can remove the screws on his own, but needs an adult to put the screws in. Seems like a super easy problem to not have, but still a big fan!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a dream for a little boy, who is very tough on his toys. The assembly of this was very easy and he enjoyed it very much. We were able to play make believe and construction zone. 

The good: the drill sounds real, the components are a lot fun. The bad: QUESTIONABLE BPA and other standards. I asked the manufacturer on their website the following question: “Are the trucks, drill and accessories free of BPA, BPS, BPF, phthalate, and heavy metals?”. Their response was that they follow required product safety compliance standards. SADLY BPA, BPS, BPF are NOT regulated in children’s toys. Heavy metals are also allowed in small doses in children’s toys.

They love being able to screw and unscrew and build all the configurations! (No my 2 year old doesn’t try to eat the screws and toy is technically for older toddlers). It’s durable! It’s fun! It’s educational! It’s the best!!! Literally the boys new favorite toy!!

Initially I thought the trucks were quite tiny but after assembling them I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that they are quite big. Good quality plastic and durable. It has a lot of pc but the instructions are easy to follow. The motorized drill makes it more fun and interesting for my boy. I would totally recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love toys that can serve multiple purposes and increase creativity and this meets both. We have multiple building vehicles because my boys can enjoy the vehicles and some building or pretending to fix while they’re younger. Then they can become more and more independent with the puzzle of putting it together on their own as they get older. This set is a little different as there are many ways to put together the vehicles and there’s two bases so both kids can have their own vehicle from the same set. Due to the many possible combinations there are tiny screws that may not always be in use that I need to find a good solution for keeping track of. They of course require adult supervision as well as a good bit of adult support to line pieces up as necessary. Other mild frustrations for my littles include the rocks that came with the set don’t actually fit through the dumping flap on the back of the dump truck as you would expect although the door falls off pretty easily just as the steam roller pops out of its frame. All in all a little frustration and room for imagination is good so I would consider similar sets in the future, but will likely hold off until my kids are a little older than 3 as it’s a little too easy to lose these tiny screws even while you’re active playing with your littles. They are very much interested in constructive/building toys. This set contains 42 pieces which are very well made and has good quality. They are safe and great for imaginative play. We all love the Motorized Drill/Screwdriver which really works like the original and actually loses and tightens the screws securely. I love the fact that this set provides fun with learning. It has two vehicles and has multiple attachments to create more adventurous play. These are easy to assemble and disassemble. The color and overall appearance of the set is attractive and realistic. I would definitely recommend this learning and exciting toy set to all family and friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My toddler absolutely loves this FAO Schwarz, building set! It is super lightweight and easy to put together. I like that some of the parts are interchangeable, and he can do it all himself. The drill does require batteries which are not included. The yellow is bright and colorful, and pleasing to the eye. Definitely a cute set for a toddler or someone slightly older. I would not go younger than three because of the small Parts. This would also be a great birthday gift.

I love that the toy is made with high-quality material, it seems very durable for the rough treatment it’s going to receive for my kid! It seems again well-made, and very entertaining for hours. My nephew will not be bored for sure. I love all the pieces it comes with, 42 pieces is a great amount of pieces. Loads of fun!!!
