The non stick works very well. Even the bottom is slick though so be aware and put it on a non slip cooling rack or trivet. Would definitely recommend

It’s also a very sturdy pan and was able to withstand the many layer and heaviness of the cake. The best parr was that clean up was a breeze. Everything wiped away easily.

So simple but makes it a no brainer and ensure every guest or treat recipient gets the same size portion. The blue color goes great with my kirtchen which may seem silly to some but for me, displaying pots and pans sometimes is a soace saver if you have the right style!
