[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having just gotten some young chicks, I’m excited to have this for their coop in the winter here in the Northeast where it gets pretty cold! The product appears well made and sturdy, and the cord is fully enclosed to prevent little beaks from accessing live wires. I’m hopeful that this will provide warmth while also being energy efficient, as well.

We have always used a heating lamp, and those always made me worry. I will have this for the winter, too. It's very easy to clean, and you can either hang on the wall or keep it on the bottom. We will be hanging ours in the winter.
