It took about 2 hours to put together. It does require a power drill. If you do not have one then you will have a hard time trying to put in holes where the instructions asks for it. The biggest problem is the wood screws most of them went in with a drill but there was two that seems to be too long and would poke out of the table. The design is classy and I enjoyed using it. However one of the screws came out by itself. If you have little children in the home this can be a huge concern. This is poorly thought out and I keep SMH.
