Q: If I drink 2 cups of milk ( one in the morning and the other in the afternoon), should I take two tablets respectfully?
A: Hello Ben - Thank you for reaching out. Just take one tablet with your meal to help prevent gas, bloating and diarrhea that may come along with digesting dairy. We hope this helps! - McKenzie

Q: does product say pareve or dairy under the star k kosher symbol?
A: doesn't say. It's pareve
submitted byDavid - 5 years agoA: This brand doesn't specify. I did check different brand (Lactaid) website and per their own website "All LACTAID® products are kosher certified by the Orthodox Union and can be used year round, except during Passover." Hopefully Target gets their brand OU certified for kashrus soon, too.

Q: What are the dosage instructions? How many caplets should be taken at one time when consuming products containing dairy?
A: The package says to take just one with each meal, and to take another one if eating dairy for over 40 minutes.
submitted byFaeranduil - 8 years agoA: I find that one tablet usually works. If I'm having a lot of cheese, I might take two.
