A: Hi Joe, The FC3 has a pump that actively distributes water and detergent to the rollers. If you're not seeing it function properly, I'd first give everything a good cleaning to make sure nothing is clogging the nozzles or any other parts of the system. You can also put hot water in the detergent tank to help clear any clogs (just hot water from the tap- anything hotter could cause damage). Make sure your rollers are pre-moistened (just run them under the faucet before use)- this will aid in distribution vs a dry roller. A: Dear Customer, you can certainly experiment with adding a small amount of your favorite cleaner to the fresh water tank. The fresh water tank should be 99% water a small amount of cleaner.
