I love the idea of a freshener for small spaces, but this smells like a freshener for a large space!! The scent is overwhelming and not very lavender smelling!! Febreze needs to rework this scent!!!!!!!

I would give this zero if I could. THIS MELTED THROUGH MY PLASTIC STORAGE CONTAINER. The surface is now pliable like dough. I had it less than a week before I noticed. I thought it had just spilled but it permanently ruined it. Ok scent tho.

If you're not getting the scent you expect, it may help to reactivate your device. Do this by using both thumbs to press down on the button in the center of the faceplate. When you do this, you may hear a, "pop" and see the oil level begin to decrease, as it moves from the reservoir to the scent-releasing membrane. The packaging says to activate, push up on button tab until you hear a click, wait one minute the scent will be released. The button presses in and crinkles against foil that holds liquid. Barely any scent comes out. I put it in my closet and two hours later, the liquid is half gone and you can barely smell it. For nearly $6 for two, I will stick with solid or spray fresheners for my closet going forward. They will last much longer.

I am really unhappy with the wasteful nature of this product, refills are the way to go, think about how much plastic is getting thrown into dumpsters because of febreze. I used to love this product. Huge waste.
