Q: Is this plug in safe in a room where cats like to sleep? I've heard some air fresheners can be harmful to cats

Q: Will this work if you walk socket is sideways? I'm worried about liquid spilling if I can't somehow rotate/turn the plug upright. Can the plug rotate/turn?
A: The Plug can be rotated; it doesn't matter how your wall socket is turned.

Q: I just put an order in for Febreze refills. I never used them before and now I realize that I need something to put them in. Is this the Plug In I need to put the refill into?

Q: Can this warmer be used with other scent brand refills?

Q: When the plugin insert is low or empty how exactly does the unit notify of this? Also each individual insert really lasts an entire 50 days? Thank you. I appreciate any responses.
A: We're happy to help. The Febreze Plug has a light that flashes at different points. The first time you will see it flash is when you first plug it in. It will flash twice to indicate that the device is working. The light will be dormant until it's time to replace the refill. When the refill is almost empty, the light will flash continuously for 7 days. Febreze PLUG is designed to provide noticeable scent for 50 days when adjusted to the low setting. Q: I'm a bit confused about the F.O.F.F. Defy Plug Air Freshener Warming Device, I.e. Does it come with atleast ONE fragrance to get the customer started? Or is it just the lone device (NO fragrance)?
A: The Febreze PLUG warmer is sold separately and also sold in starter kits (warmer + refill). We recommend reaching out to Target directly for availability.
