A: Our products are safe for use around pets, including cats and dogs, when used as directed. Do not use directly on your pet or in a confined, unventilated space where pets are kept. Also be sure to allow any fabrics that may come into contact with your pet (such as their bedding) to dry before your pet returns to the area. While our products have been thoroughly evaluated by independent veterinarians and other scientists to ensure pet safety, we've not done extensive evaluations for reptiles, amphibians, fish or birds. Because these types of pets are typically considered highly sensitive, we don't recommend using our air care products in any area that might come into direct contact with them.

A: Yes, they will work in both horizontal and vertical electrical outlets. Turn the plug in the back of the unit to fit your outlet. The warmer unit must be inserted upright into the outlet.
