This book arrived in HORRIBLE condition. HUGE sections of pages were connected and had to be literally TORN apart.

The quintessential beach read everyone should have! This book has it all: fun by the water, drama, romance, secrets, and more.
Gray and Diana couldn't be more different in their lifestyles, but circumstances bring them together at just the right time. They fill voids in each other's lives, balance, and an unlikely friendship. Both have suffered losses in family and love, and they each have something to offer the other.
As the summer moves forward, Gray has a new romance with a younger man as Diana rekindles love with an old flame. Starting over in different ways helps the women develop a closeness combined with honesty and heartfelt amity.

This is a story about two women from very different backgrounds who form a friendship when both of their lives could really use it.
Gray has recently lost her Mom to cancer and is going through a divorce that she never saw coming. She meets Diana who recently got fired from her job and broke up with her boyfriend. Since it would seem that Diana lost her job because of Gray she ends living in Gray's guesthouse and basically becomes her maid. Team Gray (as I called them!) include her best friend Marcy, her assistant Trey, her son, a new younger love interest and now Diana. Diana grew up in foster care after her mother left her. She is struggling with that and also missing the love of her life that no one else can compare to. Their friendship is so special! It will make you laugh and also make you cry!
I can't say enough good things about this book! It is my favorite book I have read this year!
