Great Kettle

Elegant, simple, efficient, well balanced. If you seek to easily boil water, this is your teapot. Push a lever, light goes out, water is 100c /212f. Some teas prefer a cooler temperature, some say just use water off the boil. It would be nice if temperature were selectable as on their pour over pot. (I have both types now), But really, one more complication most won't need. Many instant soups, noodles, etc require boing water. This is quick, easy, no effort. Just make sure it has water in it, push the lever, and a couple of minutes later boing water. Very easy to pour. An enjoyable tactile experience. Better and safer than the microwave, consistent and reliable. Love it!

Solid Kettle, handle needs to designed more for function over form

Everything is great about the kettle, but the handle placement. If it was rotated 90 degrees so it's away from the lid it'd be perfect. However in many cases when using it, you will "burn" your hand from steam. When pouring it over a hot stove and opening the lid while there's still steam in it are two common scenarios where I struggle with it. Other minor things is that the handle is a little close to the lid, so when i take it off my hand is often rubbing against the handle, granted i'm a larger guy with big hands. Also can be somewhat frustrating getting all of the water out having to tilt it to great degrees, and cleaning some parts of the lip. A lot of my minor inconveniences could be fix if the handle was designed a but more for function and not form.

Lovely, easy to use tea kettle

Pretty tea kettle! My family loves how it lights up near the base when you start heating the water. It’s simple, well designed and easy to use. Another nice feature is how the lit fits on softly and doesn’t make a loud clanging sound. It also has a great capacity- we used to get annoyed because we could only make two cups of tea at a time (and we love tea, so that’s a problem)- but now we don’t have to worry about it!
Upgrade from Original Stagg EKG (Very Satisfied)

I had the Stagg EKG, and upgraded to the Stagg EKG Pro Studio because my mom was looking for an electric kettle. It certainly is an upgrade, very nice attention to detail and feels like a more sturdy iteration on the original. I have been using it for a little over a week now and it has been great! The only reason this isn't 5 stars is because, while the guided mode is really nice, I would have liked to see the option to add a custom preset to the list, or a different menu item to have presets to pick from. This is very minor but for the price would be a nice touch! I would be very happy if this was included in a future software update?

The Kettle is beautiful but quite heavy and I do wish there was an indicator to the fill level on the outside.
This kettle, inasmuch as it sufficiently meets my particular needs—namely, those pertaining to the brewing of tea—garners veritable encomium!

One of the few "all metal" electric kettles on the market right now which is a selling point. 1.5L, 1500W, no drip spout, grippy handle. That's the good. The main reason for 2 stars, is that it is prone to rust spots at the interior seam (where the bottom meets the side) within a week of use. I've never had issues with previous water kettles rusting even after years of use.

Good size, boils quickly. I did notice that after 3 days of use the inside stainless looks like it has begun to deteriorate at the bottom.

Excellent product well worth the price. Nice for my work place where I do not entirely trust the hot water dispenser.

I’ve had this kettle about 2 weeks and love it. It replaced my dependable, well-loved Hot Shot that was over 25 years old. It looks sophisticated, and the design makes it easy to lift. I was apprehensive to spend this much money but am so glad I did. The only thing I wish is that there was an indicator or window that let me see how much water was inside.
Good but noisy.

I bought this a month ago and it was a huge improvement on our little coffee station. The only thing is that it makes a lot of noise, other than that I love it. I love the design and how quickly it reaches the desired temperature :)

I am a boiled water maker. I love how much water I can rapid boil in this kettle. I can make bowls of Ramen quickly, pre-boil the spaghetti water, and make large pots of tea. Also it beauty of it. I don't have to sacrifice beauty for functionality.

The kettle features a sleek, minimalistic design and is easy to handle. However, there are some imperfections in the inside rim where the welding is visible in a few spots, which detracts from the overall aesthetic.

Looks great, aside from the wood handle being much darker than the marketing photos. That's what you're paying for here. The knob is feels very cheap, and there is no app connectivity for temperature and scheduling. Scheduling is also very limited (once or daily). The description says it can OTA receive updates, but I don't see how.

I am very pleased with this kettle. Easy to use and intuitive and consistent in terms of temperature and flow. I do think it is quite a long time to bring up to the temperature for the price point (premium). I think the form factor and controls distinguish this kettle in the marketplace and the 20% sale price I purchased at helped. I would buy this again but wish it was a faster boiler at this price point.
