This book really encompasses all things you'll need to change your lifestyle (if that's in fact what you're striving to do) to become healthier physically and mentally. I like that it brings up the point that medicine does not bring about health and wellness and that it only counters the symptoms of underlying diseases. That not every solution is black and white. In par, it's actually quite a philosophical read-it gets into the nuts and bolts of things-which I found very entertaining and informative. The author shares his personal experiences which add a lot of credibility and interest. There also are recipes, exercise routines, details about good food and bad food, and more. There's a lot of good info here to peruse!
