FINIS Slide Dryland Trainer - Resistance Training Exercise Bands

The Slide Dryland Trainer is designed to provide swimmers with exercises that mimic the entire swim stroke cycle with consistent resistance. Attach the cord to two different points on a chain-link fence (or similar) to add variety and different angles to your strength and conditioning training. The two rotating handles allow swimmers to practice hand and forearm positioning without cord interference or overloading.

Care Instructions: Store your bands in a cool dry place. Avoid leaving in direct sunlight for extended periods of time as it will damage the product. These bands aren't meant to last forever. While proper storage and use will extend the life of the product, it will not prevent them from breaking. Please inspect the bands prior to each use for cracks and tears.
