My 22 month old carries this toy everywhere! Bought it 6 months ago and it's been great. We practice speech, problem solving, stacking, through repetition he learned the names of the animals and the sound they make. Overall best shape sorter out there, that is actually fun for little ones.

I purchased this toy for my 6 month old granddaughter and she loved it! I liked it because it is a toy that can help her learn shapes, colors, animals and animal sounds. Also, it encourages small motor skills. It is light weight and has a carry handle for when she starts to walk. I also like the fact that all the pieces are contained in the carrier. A total winner by my standards!

Do NOT give this to your 6 month old! Ours just got the whole Dalmatian dog stuck in her mouth! This would be a fine toy for an 18+months, or older once they’re done sticking stuff in their mouths.
