Q: what are the dimensions of the tray?

A: The inside of the larger tray is 12.5" wide and 7.5" high. Some of the ezpz mats won't fit perfectly inside of it. The dimensions of the white tray insert with cup holder are 12" wide x 7" high.

A: There are no major differences between the two. The Deluxe Booster Seat is the newer version.

Q: How long are the straps that secure the seat to the chair? Apparently my chairs are larger so the booster seat I use currently does not have long enough straps.

Q: Is the center strap adjustable? I just purchased this and my baby is practically falling out because the center strap is so long and doesn't seem to adjust. Is mine defective?

Q: Is mine defective or does the center strap that goes between the baby's leg not adjust? This seems like a ridiculous design fail. the center strap is hugely long and doesn't hold my baby in properly.

I started with a hand-me-down high chair for my granddaughter, but it took up too much floor space. With this booster seat, you don't need a high chair. My granddaughter is happy in the chair whether eating or just keeping us company during our meals. The booster is simple to attach to a chair. It is easy to tighten the straps. The strap around the chair back was very long, so I wrapped it around the chair again to place it out of the way. The crotch strap is long for my granddaughter, but, as part of the 3-point system, it is not a problem. It is easy to adjust the height of the seat to account for different table heights and to allow growth. The seat bottom is textured plastic, not smooth, so the baby doesn't slide around or get caught. My granddaughter is on the small side, so I placed some towels on the inside to help her stay seated without falling to the side. The tray attaches and detaches easily. I like the fact that there are three choices of depth for the tray. The seat and trays clean easily. It is nice to be able to put the tray in the dishwasher. When researching seats, I noted that many brands allowed food to get trapped in the seat crevises. This seat has no crevises, so no trapped food. I don't think I would use this as a travelling seat, because it does not fold much. That is the trade-off for not having crevises.

I’ll start by saying I’m the type of buyer who searches study’s reviews & compares before purchasing. With that being said this is the BEST seat I’ve ever purchased! I have 5 kids and I can’t remember any other seats I bought being this EASY to assemble & SAFE! My twins are 1 1/2 and one of them is the definition of wild child so I was worried he would climb out of any seat but NOT THIS ONE! I love it it’s so worth it and for such a cheap price !! It fits perfectly on our chairs, definitely recommend

Great for the price. Bought this to use while visiting family. Wanted something inexpensive since we won’t be able to take it back with us on the plane and this worked out nicely. So far I like this booster seat for my 7 month old daughter. I like the added tray that clips on and it's fairly easy to clean. This is a smaller size seat/tray (which I wanted), so don't get this one if you want a large tray. The tray probably won't be able to fit over her legs once she's a toddler, but I will probably just use the seat at the table by then.
