Maybe user error but every time I cooked rice, beans, lentils, etc I noticed everything at the bottom would be cooked but at the top would be raw. I have never had this issue with other pots. I would constantly have to mix around but even then would still end up with some raw bits and pieces. For soups and pasta it’s great at least. It is a very decent sized pot. It’s a bit tallish so it’s a tad hard for me to wash in my sink so I usually opt for washing in my dishwasher

This pot is the one-stop item required for 90% of all cooking. We use it every day and it has replaced a number of beautifully designed, but less practical pots including Dutch oven. It is virtually non-stick when you use a straight-edged metal spatula instead of a cooking spoon.

I used it to make my gumbo and let me tell you, I will never be using another pot ever again. It cooked my gumbo to perfection, and non of my vegetables stuck to the pot. The best part of the pot for me is that it came with a steamer basket so I could steam my seafood. Also, I love that the pot comes with measurements, so you don’t have to waste other dishes trying to measure your liquids.

I have always believed that you get what you pay for. So, my practice is to buy the best product I can afford. It was time to replace our pots. I already had high end stainless steel, carbon steel, and cast iron pans. Fissler had the 7-piece set that fit my needs. I had not purchased Fissler products in the past. The customer reviews were excellent so I purchased the set. Packaging and delivery were seamless. The pots and lids are beautiful, substantial, and quality stainless steel. The highest quality of any of the high quality cookware that I have ever owned. The performance is exceptional. I/we couldn’t be happier. With proper care, these pots will easily last a couple of decades - no hyperbole. If you are a discerning home chef, these pots are for you.

With our induction burners these heavy stainless steel pans heat up extremely fast and creates the water skating bubble to show that the food is ready to be cooked. The all steel construction allows them to go in the oven with no worries at all. They are easy to clean and keep bright and shiny looking as though they had never been used.

Unfortunately, probably due to user error, One of the pans stained after my first time cooking in it. I cooked some shrimp maybe for 5 minutes total and it stained. I was able to get a lot of it off but not sure what I could do to prevent it in the future. One thing I absolutely love is that the handles do not get hot. I know with my cast iron the whole pot and handle gets hot but with these pans I am able to pick it up with no problem. I really like the pot and it's a perfect size to make soups, boil potatoes, etc

After first use, from the inside of the pot the stainless steel peeled off in one spot. It looks like as if the pot has a very thin layer of coating the peeled off from inside. Very strange. And the outside of that one pot turned black from just that one use. Other pots didn’t.

As a Fissler cookware user for over 45 years I needed a new set since I switched to an induction range. The very old set, although 18/10 stainless steel, was not suitable for that. Of course, I looked at various other brands, the combinations of pots and pans were not what I wanted, and the ratings, although good, not good enough. Fissler came through with what I needed, and I am very happy with my new cookware. The pots heat up super quick, clean easy. What more could I want?. I am happy!

Not only beautiful but extremely well made. I did so much research and finally took the plunge and bought these. Absolutely love these! I did have to re learn how to cook since it’s stainless steel, but I transitioned easy. I love cooking in these and my pots look as new as they were when I got them.
